COVID-19 Update

At Atraxia Law, the safety of our clients and employees are, and always will be, our highest priority. We're working to do our part to protect the health of our community as we recognize the gravity of the ever-changing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.

We take special precautions for high-risk clients with cancer or other high-risk conditions. If possible, we deal with family members, so we keep exposure to a minimum. We can accommodate measures that allow clients (or prospective clients) not to come to the office:

• We can quickly and easily set up a video conference for any client who has a smartphone
• For most documents, we can use electronic signatures that allow you to sign documents from your smartphone or computer

COVID-19 Office Safety Measures

For those situations when you have to visit our office in person, we have implemented procedures to help ensure customer and employee safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, including:

• Ensuring physical distancing requirements between employees and customers in the office. This means we will not be touching anyone, shaking hands, etc.
• Performing deep cleaning of the office area at the beginning of each day with special attention to items frequently touched by everyone
• Installing hand sanitizer stations throughout the building
• Providing masks, hand antiseptics, and disinfection supplies for workstation areas, etc., for our employees at work
